Abstract:
The requirements often arise in practice in the application of the hydraulic system are such that they should at any time respond to the changing demands of the executive. Hydraulic pumps are designed so that they can give variable and constant capacity fluid. Same structure with increased requirements that need to answer are characterized by the relative complexity and higher cost price of such pumps. Hydraulics and electronics in recent years intensive complement each other, so that the complexity of a single hydraulic component that responds to growing demands of working devices and machines can fill some simple components of these areas. For this purpose, a hydraulic system and applies a constant-displacement pump with a frequency converter instead of complex and expensive pumps variable displacement. As a way out of this structural solution has to substantial energy savings. The paper presents experimental results which are proving energy savings in the hydraulic system.
